Privacy Policy

Betterway Publisher is an internal tool of Betterway Infotech Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Nagpur, India ("Betterway", "we"). It publishes Betterway's own posts to Betterway's own Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube accounts, and replies once, privately, to people who comment a keyword such as SHOOT or DEMO on our Instagram posts. It is not offered to the public and is not used to manage anyone else's accounts.
What we collect

We do not collect data from people who do not interact with our posts. We do not buy, sell, rent or share personal data with advertisers or data brokers. We do not use it to build profiles, and we never send unsolicited messages: a private reply goes only to someone who commented on our post, once.
Where it is kept
On Betterway's own server, in an encrypted database. Access is limited to Betterway. Commenter data is kept for up to 12 months after the last interaction and then deleted, unless you become a customer, in which case it is kept as a business record.
Google and YouTube data
Betterway Publisher uses YouTube API Services to upload Betterway's own videos to Betterway's own channel and to read that channel's analytics. Its use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. By using features that rely on YouTube, the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy also apply. Access can be revoked at any time at Google security settings.
Meta (Instagram) and LinkedIn data
Data received from Meta's and LinkedIn's APIs is used only for the purposes above and in line with the Meta Platform Terms and the LinkedIn API Terms of Use.
