Delete your data

If you commented on or messaged one of Betterway's Instagram posts, we may hold your Instagram username, your comment and the replies we exchanged (see our Privacy Policy). You can have all of it deleted.

How to ask

1. Send a message to @betterway_info on Instagram, or on WhatsApp to +91 81039 42715, saying "Delete my data" and your Instagram username.
2. We delete your comments, messages and any lead record about you from our server within 7 days, and confirm when it's done.

Remove the app's access

Betterway Publisher only connects Betterway's own accounts. If you ever logged in to it, you can remove its access yourself: Instagram → Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites; Facebook → Settings → Business integrations; LinkedIn → Settings → Data privacy → Permitted services; Google → myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Comments you posted publicly on Instagram stay on Instagram until you delete them there.
